Initial reports said the incident occurred by Barangay Looc near First Mactan Mandaue Bridge. The video of the incident was recorded on camera by a passenger inside. Currently, the fastboat is making its way to Pier 1 of Cebu City Harbor after being rescued by a tugboat.
